We are looking for a qualified and committed Volljurist/Legal Counsel for our legal department in Munich. **Key Responsibilities:** - Legal advice on ongoing cases in pharmaceutical, competition, and antitrust law within the Human Health and Animal Health sectors in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). - Legal advice to departments in contract law; drafting and reviewing all types of contracts. - Handling medicinal law cases (authorization, drug safety, interactions with regulatory bodies, liability). - Addressing issues related to drug manufacturing and providing legal advice to production sites. - Legal advice related to basic research. - Participation in projects in new technologies (e.g., DIGAs, Medical Tech, Legal Tech). - International transactions and sales structures (M&A, partnerships, sales and licensing agreements, product transfers). - Legal assessment of compliance issues and data protection. - Close collaboration with departmental teams, business units, and franchises. - Collaborating with the legal departments of parent and affiliate companies. - Contact and collaboration with external law firms. **Qualifications:** - 2nd State Examination in Law or equivalent qualification in Austria or Switzerland. - Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical/vaccine/animal health/food sector or in a large law firm with a relevant client profile. - Very good knowledge of legal and business English. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to build close working relationships with key business stakeholders characterized by mutual respect. - Secure and pragmatic commercial judgment and a strategic vision with the capability to make difficult decisions. - Strong negotiation skills and analytical capabilities. - Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively under urgent circumstances. - Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to actively listen and understand diverse perspectives. **Additional Information:** We take pride in being a company built on the values of our diverse, talented, and dedicated employees.
